C&R / Rizvi, Inc. was honored by Dupont Antron for the design of the Reebok Childcare Center in Canton, MA. The Center received the Grand Prize and was also the winner in the Public/Institutional Spaces category.The building redefines the design of a stand alone childcare center and fits in with the architectural style of Reebok's headquarter building. Issues such as light, color, and scale were carefully assessed and resolved through the use of wall and floor materials and relationships between interior and exterior spaces. The goal of the design was to use architecture as a tool to contribute to a child's development.
