Rizvi were the architects for the life safety, construction administration and tenant coordination of this 30,000 s.f., 5-story retail and office building in the Back Bay. The firm also designed the building's lobby with an art deco flair that compliments the building's exterior. The lobby features a floor of assorted, inlaid European marble tiles and a series of walls clad in a matching Velencia marble. Other features include custom-fabricated stainless steel bronze panels and a custom glazed drum that wraps the stairs.
