Rizvi was responsible for the redesign and renovation of the Owens/Roberts Community Center at People's Baptist Church in Boston. The building maintains a very prominent place in Boston's South End and constitutes about 11,000 s.f. across two floors as well as an atrium space. Responsibilities included interior design, space planning, programming and renovation of many interior and exterior architectural details. Although much of the project revolved around its historic locale, the interiors suggest a more contemporary aesthetic while still being sensitive to its true identity as a support system for the church.
