Rizvi was commissioned by Tudor Investments Corporation, a New York investment management and commodities trading company, to provide programming, full space planning and interior design services for a 10,000 s.f. high-end corporate interior at Rowes Wharf. This project was made particularly challenging by Tudor's high dependence on technology. The entire space incorporates raised floors and custom designed furniture to enable trading from offices as well as from trading rooms.
