This garden city style community is located on a 75-acre site approximately 10 miles north of the City of Beijing. The site plan includes a central business district and mixed-use buildings made up of office space and approximately 2,500 residential units of both high- and low-density. Underground parking has been incorporated into the design to maximize the green space and to open up pedestrian areas. The design concept for this project was to create a livable garden community with modern amenities and bright living spaces with excellent views.
