Rizvi provided planning and design services for this 39-acre collegiate Gothic campus located in Watertown, MA. Specific projects included campus planning for new construction, renovation, restoration, space planning and infrastructure upgrades, as well as adaptive reuse of three buildings. Our efforts included the relocation of the Regional Braille and Talking Book Library and the retrofit of industrial arts classrooms in the basement of the original Howe Building. These projects addressed accessibility issues and were built on a fast track in order to avoid disruption of the courses offered at the school.
