Rizvi undertook a comprehensive master planning effort for the Seaport complex, an area of the South Boston waterfront experiencing significant development. The intent of this project was to maximize the value and competiveness of the area through strategic planning, repositioning and integration of building uses. The firm's goal was to articulate a comprehensive vision and to prepare a coordinated plan to guide the continuing development of the Seaport Complex in order to assess and implement independent projects in an integrated fashion.
